EAA Aviation Foundation is happy to announce the launch of the 2024 Aircraft Sweepstakes. One lucky winner will fly away in a fully restored 1946 Ercoupe 415-C. The Sweepstakes begins Thursday, December 21, 2023, and the drawing will take place August 15, 2024, at the EAA Aviation Center in Oshkosh.

For the past few years, EAA Aviation Foundation, Inc. has annually administered an aircraft raffle for the purpose of generating funds to support the educational and outreach programs and activities of EAA conducted in and around the Oshkosh, Wisconsin, geographical area.
EAA Aviation Foundation, Inc.’s 2023 Aircraft Raffle ended on July 30, 2023, and a drawing from all eligible tickets was held at 3:15 p.m. that day at the AirVenture Member Center located on the EAA® AirVenture® Oshkosh™ grounds in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Per the 2023 Aircraft Raffle Official Rules, the winner of the raffle was provided the opportunity to select either a restored 1946 Ercoupe 415-C (FAA Registration No. N2427H) or a $25,000 cash prize.
The winner of the 2023 Aircraft Raffle, John Springthorpe III, elected to receive the cash prize option, leaving EAA Aviation Foundation, Inc. as the lawful owner of the 1946 Ercoupe 415-C (FAA Registration No. N2427H). EAA Aviation Foundation, Inc. has decided to provide a different individual with the chance to be the owner of this beautiful aircraft by launching a sweepstakes that offers the same fully restored Ercoupe as the Grand Prize.
