Fred Crump (10/11/2009)

Fred E. Crump Sr., 85, of Fountain Inn, passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2009.

He was the husband of Janet Lee Hudson Crump and the son the late Thornton J. Crump and the late Lucile Bailey Crump. Mr. Crump was retired military, serving his country in World War II and the Korean War in the United States Air Force, retired from Kemet Electronics and of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Cheryl Pyle and her husband, Terry, of California, Marianne Dowless and husband, Charles, of Sumter, and Margaret Crump of Mauldin, one son, Fred E. Crump Jr. and his wife, Lori, of Taylors, two stepdaughters, Alison Robinson of Simpsonville and Sheila Henderson of Fountain Inn, two stepsons, Ronald Bramlett and wife, Mary, of Laurens and Neile Bramlett of Simpsonville, eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and 10 step-grandchildren.
