POSITION ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES

EAA is searching for strategic minded Human Resources leader to join EAA’s executive team at its headquarters located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The Vice President of Human Resources will have the overall responsibility for ensuring proactive and progressive planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of HR and people strategies that align with the organization’s priorities, mission, culture and structure. This position will also provide overall direction and guidance to HR staff responsible for various Human Resources functions and programs including total compensation management, training and development, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, recruiting and staffing, and payroll administration.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field of study, a minimum of ten years of experience in a leadership role in a Human Resources function, experience working at a strategic level on or closely with a Senior or Executive team, and experience managing a Human Resources department and supervising a support staff. Experience in at least three HR functional areas including total compensation management, employee relations, compensation management, training and professional development, employee relations, organizational development, performance management or recruiting and staffing is preferred. PHR or SPHR certification is also preferred.
