EAA Chapter Renewal Forms

Each year Chapters and Squadrons are required to go through the annual renewal process. The renewal process is easy, it just requires that each Chapter/Squadron complete and submit the required documents.

• Flight Advisor and Technical Counselor Form
• Young Eagles Coordinator Form
• Charter Renewal Agreement (US and Canada)
• Charter Renewal Agreement (International)
• Insurance Form (US and Canada)
• Roster
• Checklist (US and Canada)
• Checklist (International)

Please print off the above documents and return them and the necessary funds to:

Remember, the documents must be returned to the Chapter Office by January 15, 2008 in order for your Chapter or Squadron to remain in good standing for 2008. Each Chapter/Squadron should submit one set of documents, so please check with your Chapter/Squadron President to see if they have already submitted the necessary material prior to sending in another set of documents.
