‘Savvy Aviator’ Mike Busch Joins EAA Webinar Series

May 3, 2011 – Maintenance expert and EAA Sport Aviation columnist Mike Busch (A&P/IA, CFI) is bringing his expertise to the popular EAA webinars series, where he will host free monthly webinars that will engage and inform aircraft owners on a variety of topics.
Busch, EAA 740170 and founder/CEO of Savvy Aircraft Maintenance Management, is a renowned aviation writer, teacher, aviation type club tech rep, aircraft owner advocate, and entrepreneur. For more than two decades, he has been assisting aircraft owners with their maintenance problems through his work with the Cessna Pilots Association, American Bonanza Society, and Cirrus Owners & Pilots Association. He co-founded AVweb in 1995 and served as its editor-in-chief for more than seven years. In 2008, he was honored by the FAA as its National Aviation Maintenance Technician of the Year.
Since 2004, Busch has conducted nearly 50 Savvy Owner Seminars in venues throughout the U.S. to help nearly a thousand Part 91 aircraft owners learn how to manage the maintenance of their aircraft more effectively and cost-efficiently.
