Registration Open for Early 2012 Chapter Leaders Academy Sessions
September 6, 2011 – Only a few spots remain for the final Chapter Leaders Academy of 2011 to be held October 14-16. If you aren’t able to make this session, be sure to join us early in 2012 as these are extremely valuable weekends for any chapter officer.
Registration is now open for the following early 2012 Chapter Leader Academy sessions:
- January 20-22, 2012
- February 17-19, 2012
- March 16-18, 2012
Past attendees have been overwhelmingly positive in their reviews and would recommend attendance to other chapter members. The academy sessions are provided free of charge. We’ll take care of your food, lodging, and local transportation. You’ll be responsible for the travel expenses to Oshkosh, but don’t let that stop you. If travel costs are an issue, let us know and we may be able to assist you.
The sessions begin on Friday evening with dinner and social time, followed by a daylong discussion on many topics that challenge all chapters, including recruitment, programs, and fundraising. The academy concludes on Sunday with a half-day of meetings and another opportunity to discuss topics that may be of interest to your chapter. In addition, leaders meet many of the staff members they work with on a regular basis and other staff members who can be resources.
