Pilots Sought for EAA Tri-Motor Tour

December 13, 2011 – EAA Ford Tri-Motor Flight Operations is seeking volunteer captains to fly our vintage Ford Tri-Motor during its annual touring program.
We’re looking for EAA members with extensive multiengine and tailwheel backgrounds. Professional pilot experience, as well as antique and radial engine experience, are preferred. Those selected will need to commit to crew a minimum of 14 days on tour with the airplanes throughout the year.
EAA will provide initial and recurrent training in the aircraft. The EAA Tri-Motors operate under an FAA Air Tour Part 136 LOA, and all pilots will be enrolled in EAA's drug test program.
This posting closes on January 1, 2012, so if you are interested or want to learn more, please contact Sue Strehlow at EAA Aircraft Operations, 920-426-6840, or e-mail sstrehlow@eaa.org.
