ChapterGram: January 2013
ChapterGram Survey: What You Said
The response to last month's ChapterGram survey was excellent - more than 450 of you participated, telling us what you liked and didn't like about the newsletter, as well as what type of content you'd like to see in future issues. Here are a few highlights:

- Chapter presidents - 17%
- Chapter officers - 42%
- Chapter members - 32%
- Non-chapter members - 9%
75 percent of respondents said they always or frequently read ChapterGram and 40 percent of respondents read more than three-quarters of the newsletter.
The most important type of content included news from EAA headquarters, chapter tips and ideas, and chapter resources.
While many respondents said they were satisfied with the newsletter, several cited the duplication of information from other EAA publications as something we could improve.
