Can Your Chapter Lend a Hand?
We have read from time to time of Chapters that have a surplus of past issues of EAA Sport Aviation magazine that they would like to go to a good home, and other Chapters are looking for special causes to support. Maybe we have an answer for you.
Recently we received a letter from EAA member, Tim Corban, who is living in Pakistan and involved with a local children's home. Although there is interest in aviation in Pakistan, the country is very poor. What do you think?
If your Chapter might be interested in giving Tim some support, please contact him directly at UncleTebo@gmail.com.

Subject: New member questions
I am a current EAA member (#512942) and have just moved to Pakistan to be with family. I am involved with the Safina Children's Home & Orphanage in Islamabad. Quite a number of the kids there have dreams of being pilots some day. Of course being in an orphanage, they don't have the money to become members of EAA, but I feel that they would greatly benefit from the EAA Sport Aviation magazine. Since these boys are in a children's home, obviously they don't have access to the Internet either.
You can learn more about the orphanage at http://www.safinachildrenhome.org.
Thank you in advance for your consideration.
