EAA Chapter Labels and Lists

The EAA Chapter Office can send you mailing labels and lists to help you promote your Chapter or Squadron. Chapters and Squadrons use these mailing lists and labels to recruit new members, to share their newsletters with other Chapters and Squadrons and to promote their upcoming Chapter and Squadron events.

The Chapter Office can provide the contact addresses for other Chapters or Squadrons (Presidents, VP's etc.) or for local EAA members in your area.

Please provide us with the five digit zip code you would like to send materials out to and the number of miles out from that zip code you want the search to reach when ordering mailing labels or lists for EAA Members in your area.

To order mailing labels or lists for Chapters (Presidents, VP's etc.) please let us know which state(s) you would like to send your mailing to.

When ordering mailing labels please let us know the approximate number of labels the Chapter or Squadron is prepared to mail out.

If you have e-mail capability the Chapter Office can supply lists for Chapter or Squadron (Presidents, VP's etc.) or for local EAA Members in an attached file. Opening these files will require the ability to open a file in a spreadsheet (Most commercial spreadsheets will work such as: Excel, Lotus 1-2-3, MS Word (table) etc..).

Please help us protect the privacy of other EAA Chapters, Squadrons, and members. These lists and labels are ONLY to be used to promote your Chapter or Squadron. This contact information MAY NOT be used for any commercial purposes, nor may it be shared with any other person, business, or organization.
