Jet Overruns Brazilian Runway
This video shows a runway overrun and hard crash of a Cessna Citation CJ3 business jet across from Congonhas Airport, Sao Paulo, Brazil, on November 11. Amazingly there were no fatalities but the pilot was seriously injured and the co-pilot and sole passenger suffered minor injuries. The jet, operated by Tropic Air, overshot the landing and crashed into a berm and then a wall just short of an adjacent roadway. Watch video >>

J. Mac McClellan Blog MAC'S BLOG: After 75 Years Piper Gets it Right

Repairs were made to the fabric-covered control surfaces and the airplane was able to complete its scheduled appearances in 2012. However, some 1,000 dents in the aircraft's sheet metal surfaces - 177 deemed significant - now need to be repaired. Now we need your help to repair this living tribute and "keep her flying" for generations to come. Read more to find out how >>
