Scouts Get into AirVenture Free on Sunday, July 31

July 13, 2016 - On Sunday, July 31, any youth (18 or under) Scout (Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, etc.) who comes to AirVenture in his or her uniform will be given free admission. 

To speed up the entry process, Scouts should register for their tickets prior to July 31. The registration process is easy, simply visit our tickets page and click on Sunday Scout Day at the bottom of the page. Tickets and parking passes for parents or adult chaperones are also available for purchase on the same site.

Bring the ticket to any gate on Sunday, July 31, dressed in your Scout uniform, to gain free entry. If your troop or pack plans on coming as a group, please e-mail ptreu@eaa.org as we would love to offer you an entry into a special prize drawing from the EAA Education Department.

When you arrive, we urge you to visit our Discover Aviation Center tent, located in the middle of the AirVenture grounds, to get a scavenger hunt to complete. This scavenger hunt is a wonderful opportunity for you to explore the grounds and win a prize. All the details on the scavenger hunt will be provided at the Discover Aviation Center tent.
