EAA Founder Paul H. Poberezny used to say to his flight students, “I already know how to do this – you’re the one that needs to learn.” Paul’s drive to guide others still exists at EAA today.
We will provide training, coaching, and experience in a fast-paced environment and allow you to develop your own career path. Students are given hands-on learning experience, responsibilities, and duties. A majority of EAA’s internships are offered during the summer, but there are opportunities throughout the academic year as well. During the summer, interns play a major contributing role in preparation for The World’s Greatest Aviation Celebration, EAA AirVenture Oshkosh.
To enhance the EAA experience, the interns will be able to participate in an EAA tour, take development classes, learn about other departments, and take part in events and activities to get to know other interns and employees, as well as after-hours activities.
