Make Sure to Take Your Pick

Where did October go? If you missed the October issue of In the Loop, my apologies. We’ve got a few dedicated people working on a lot of content, and October literally got away from us.

In the October issue of Sport Aerobatics magazine, I asked members to take a look at the airplanes we’ve had the pleasure to take air-to-air photos of at AirVenture and Sun ‘n Fun and decide which ones they’d like to read about first. Please take a moment to go to this month’s poll and make your choice.

In the September issue of the newsletter, we asked what your favorite aerobatic airplane would be. Out of 216 votes, nearly half chose the Extra 300L. The Pitts came in second with 62 votes, and the Decathlon and Clipped Wing Cub came in third and fourth respectively. Amazingly, the Air Force C-17 received eight votes! I’d like to see those aerobatics.

It’s hard to believe Thanksgiving will be coming before the next issue is out. I’d like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a warm and happy Thanksgiving and we’ll see you in December.
