Editor's Note
Time to Attend a Judges School

I've said this in the past, but if you're thinking of competition flying, becoming a judge should be on your list of skills to add to your bag of tricks. Watching others fly and seeing how they score will go a very long way toward making you a better pilot.
If you're an IAC member, the March issue of Sport Aerobatics magazine is bringing you the 2011 Sportsman Known sequence. Written by John Morrissey, of Great Planes Aerobatics, it's a great introduction to the sequence.
Last month's poll asked how many aerobatic hours you'd flown since October. Out of 100 replies, nearly 69 percent of respondents said they had flown anywhere from one to 16 hours or more. That's pretty good, considering the winter we've had in the U.S. I should break it down by region to see who's had the best flying weather.
Thank you for reading In the Loop, and I will see you next month!
