Michael Combs

“Flying was one of my dreams since I was a little kid and I put it off. After some health problems in 2003, I thought my dream was finished,” Michael said as he talked with EAA Vice President of Membership Adam Smith at Wittman Regional Airport (OSH). “Obviously, that dream has been fulfilled; now I want to bring 20 million people with me. After lunch with EAA staff, Michael and Michelle departed in their Remos GX “Hope One” and continued their ambitious route, stopping in Green Bay and Duluth, Minnesota, before ending the flying day in Minneapolis. Earlier, EAA Radio’s Mike Morgan (Stuck Mic) spoke with Combs during a stopover in Indianapolis, filing two reports about his 40-day tour, “Flight for the Human Spirit.”
