Regular Audio Updates Now Part of EAA's www.airventure.org Website

EAA AVIATION CENTER, OSHKOSH, Wis. - (November 21, 2006) — The excitement of EAA AirVenture Oshkosh, "The World's Greatest Aviation Celebration," begins long before opening day. Now, visitors to the event's popular www.airventure.org will be able to hear from the newsmakers and volunteers who are part of the event in regular audio updates at the website.

EAA AirVenture 2007, the Experimental Aircraft Association's 55th annual convention and fly-in, will be held July 23-29 at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh.

The "Aiming for Oshkosh" audio updates, the first of which features EAA President Tom Poberezny, are among the latest features added to the AirVenture website. The website has become the most popular source of information for those who flock to Oshkosh each summer, as well as thousands who follow the event online.

"As many people can't wait to get to EAA AirVenture each summer, the website has become a year-round destination to discover the latest news and updates for this great event, as well as interviews with the people who make it so special each year," Poberezny said. "Along with the audio updates, web visitors will discover many new innovations in the months leading to AirVenture 2007."

In the first installment of "Aiming for Oshkosh," Poberezny talks about those already planning their trips to EAA AirVenture 2007, as well as housing and attractions that will be part of the event, which last year drew more than 10,000 airplanes and total attendance in excess of 625,000. Future audio segments will include comments from EAA staff members and volunteers, as well as personalities and newsmakers.

EAA AIRVENTURE OSHKOSH is The World's Greatest Aviation Celebration and EAA's yearly membership convention. EAA members receive lowest prices on admission rates.
