November 27, 2007 — Events for all ages, as well as personalities ranging from renowned spacecraft designer Burt Rutan to Santa Claus, are coming to the EAA AirVenture Museum in December to celebrate the holiday season with a full schedule of activities.
Among the events are the very popular "Christmas in the Air" open house on Monday, Dec. 10; the annual Wright Brothers Memorial Banquet on Dec. 14, celebrating the anniversary of powered flight; and the fun activities of "Kids' Days" at the museum on Dec. 26 - 31.
"EAA's year-round activities are always designed to welcome people into the world of flight," said Alan Westby, EAA AirVenture Museum director.
