Participants stand in front of a STOL CH 750 at a Zenith factory workshop.
June 23, 2011 – Zenith Aircraft Company is hosting its fourth annual “Fly-in to Summer” builder fly-in gathering this Saturday, June 25, in Mexico, Missouri. Zenith owners are encouraged to fly to the event, and meet other owners and builders to show off their own aircraft at the laid-back, grassroots fly-in. Co-host EAA Chapter 1225 will provide a hot dog cookout for lunch and visitors can do a self-guided tour of the Zenith factory throughout the day. Different Zenith models will be on display in the factory, including the high-wing STOL CH 750 and a low-wing Zodiac CH 650.
During the two days prior to fly-in, people can partake in Zenith’s factory workshop. Participants will learn about kit aircraft building through hands-on activities. Registration prior to the workshop is required. For more information on registering, click here.
Zenith also announced its 20th annual Open Hangar Day and Fly-In, which will be held on September 17, 2011, at the Mexico headquarters.
