EAA Member Services Holiday Hours

November 23, 2011 – Your Member Services team is hard at work for you year-round. So that our staff can enjoy time with their families, the Member Services department will operate at the following times during the holidays.

Thanksgiving Holiday Hours
November 24-25 (Thursday-Friday): Closed

Christmas/New Year’s Holiday Hours
December 23 (Friday): 8 a.m.-4 p.m. CST
December 24-26 (Saturday, Sunday, Monday): Closed

Unless noted above our normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m-6 p.m. CST; Saturdays, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. CST; Sundays, closed.

You can renew your membership by visiting www.eaa.org/renew and our General Inquiry e-mail address is always open for business - membership@eaa.org. We will respond promptly the following business day as listed above. (There will be limited monitoring of e-mail inquiries on our closed days.)
