Unique Albatross Featured on Travel Channel

February 10, 2012 – A unique 1951 Grumman HU-16 Albatross that has been converted into a flying recreational vehicle will be featured on The Travel Channel's "Killer RV Upgrades!" program this Sunday, February 12.

The aircraft, owned by John and Julie Fetcko of Crescent City, Florida, has visited EAA AirVenture Oshkosh on several occasions, and was parked in both the EAA Seaplane Base and Warbirds area through the years. Learn more about the plane's history here.

The program airs at different times depending on the time zone in which you live, so it's recommended that you check your local listings or the Travel Channel website for the exact time. As of today, the online listing showed the program airing at 8 p.m. EST on Sunday.
