EAA Aircraft Insurance Plan Creates Specialized Coverage for IAC Members

May 10, 2012 - International Aerobatic Club (IAC) members seeking comprehensive, affordable aircraft insurance for their aerobatic aircraft now can obtain that specialized coverage from within their own organization, as the EAA Aircraft Insurance Plan now includes policies for aerobatic pilots. Inclusion of IAC members in the EAA Aircraft Insurance Plan creates an even broader community of aviators within the popular plan, which allows insurance to be tailored for specific types of aircraft and pilot experience.

"This joint IAC/EAA program is designed to meet the needs of IAC members regardless of what type of aircraft they fly or the type of flying they do," said IAC President Doug Bartlett. "Insurance coverage through the EAA Aircraft Insurance Plan will be available for all levels, from the new aerobatic competitor to seasoned air show performers and flight schools. Supporting this program also helps support IAC activities throughout the year."

More information on aerobatic flying coverage through the EAA Aircraft Insurance Plan is available by going to the IAC website or calling toll-free in the U.S. at 866-647-4322.
