EAA recently announced a new program of Webinars (web based seminars) that feature expert presenters on a variety of aviation topics. Several of these are of particular interest to Homebuilders and registration is now open, free of charge for EAA Members:

• Thursday March 11: Weight and Balance for Your Homebuilt Airworthiness Inspection with Joe Norris, EAA Homebuilders Community Manager
   
• Tuesday March 23: Onex - New Single Place Kit from Sonex with Jeremy Monnett of Sonex aircraft
   
• Thursday April 8: TIG Welding Basics with Scott Skrjanc of Lincoln Electric Co.

Click on the link to register or to see more details. All presentations begin at 7 p.m. CST and will last about an hour. Presenters will use slides and audio, and audience members can ask questions or be polled for their opinion. Arrive to class five minutes early to complete sign-up before the session begins.

To view the webinar, the minimum recommended computer requirements are:

• Audio speakers
• A broadband internet connection
• PC-based attendees: Microsoft Windows 2000 or newer
• Apple Macintosh-based attendees: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) or newer
