Introduction
The following questions are intended to help us determine, which surveys and discussions your experiences and expertise would be best suited to. This also enables us to reduce the number of phone calls and e-mail messages you may receive as a result of your participation in the Member Advisory Panel.
Participation may involve e-mail surveys that will vary between 20 and 60 questions per survey, or phone-based focus groups and in-depth interviews that will vary between 15 and 30 minutes. You can specify your preference for web-based surveys or phone studies at the end of this form.
The EAA Research and Analysis Department follows the highest privacy standards and ethical guidelines. To learn more, refer to the end of this form.
