Are You Bragging?
Since March 1, we've been tracking the number of volunteer hours worked at EAA Headquarters throughout the year. Even outside of AirVenture, volunteers play a huge role in carrying out EAA's mission, but we've never had a way to brag about it.
If you volunteer in Oshkosh, you can help us understand this even better. Hours-Worked Logs are available at all key locations where volunteers work. Those logs go to the Volunteer Coordinator monthly, where they are analyzed. This data will assist us in better understanding where, what, how, and when volunteers are engaged here at EAA Headquarters. That, in turn, will be used to develop volunteer budgets for each year, and for potential business development and grant opportunities that support volunteer efforts. Just as important, these logs are important for recruiting volunteers and recognizing all that you do at EAA.
In just three months, from March through May, we have already recorded almost 4,400 volunteer hours. Are YOU Bragging?
