Chapter 237 says stop by and fly the Fortress!

EAA Chapter 237 will be hosting the B-17G Aluminum Overcast tour stop July 22 to 24 at Anoka County – Blaine Airport (KANE), Minnesota. Stop for a few hours or a day or two and receive avgas discounts, free food, deeply discounted room rates at a new Hilton, rental cars, etc, for those bringing warbirds.

Location: Key Air– Blaine, Minnesota
Airport North Entrance on Radisson Road NE (County Road 52)
Special Instructions:
B-17 Flights 1015 to 1315*
Ground Tours 1400 to 1700*
Pancake Breakfast each day

FYI – On media day, July 21, Tom Brokaw of NBC News will be doing a piece with a B-17 vet, Mr. Wohler, and performers will reenact his last flight in the B-17 before he had to bail out. The B-17 won’t be flying during this reenactment.
