Getting Around at AirVenture 2017

June 8, 2017 - Visitors to EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2017 will see many improvements to the convention site including changes and upgrades in transportation around the grounds.

For those driving in or seeking off-site transportation, three areas have been designated as official Uber and Lyft drop off and pickup locations: the Super8/Friar Tuck’s gate, the corner of Foundation Road and Gallatin Avenue near Gate 34, and the S Lot.

On the grounds, trams and buses will now be referred to as shuttles with new signs designating stops. The Yellow route running from Convention Headquarters to the Vintage area will also be reestablished and the Red route will be extended into Homebuilt camping. A new shuttle stop will be added on the Camp Scholler route near Gate 27. A new pedestrian path will allow visitors to walk through the F Lot to alleviate overcrowding in the area of the Camp Scholler East Gate.

Most shuttles will run July 24-29 6:30-11:30 and 6:30-6 on July 30, but a full schedule for each route can be found on the AirVenture Shuttles page.
