A New Gathering Place for Chapters in Camp Scholler

July 2017 - EAA members camping in Camp Scholler now have a place to call home during EAA AirVenture Oshkosh. A pavilion located in Camp Scholler, adjacent to Paul’s Park and directly across from AeroMart, is available for chapters to meet for their own special events.

The purpose of the pavilion is to provide a gathering place (day or night) in Camp Scholler for chapters to use. A chapter does not have to participate in chapter camping to use the pavilion. Simply reserve the pavilion for a chapter cookout, a members gathering, or for a meet-up of a group of chapters from your state or region to get to know each other.

EAA will provide a gas grill and a gas griddle for cooking use, picnic tables, and a fire pit for evening campfires. Bring your lawn chairs, have a campfire, and share in the aviation fellowship that can only be found in Oshkosh!
