Chapters Pancake Breakfast Fundraising at AirVenture

February 2021 – EAA chapters have the opportunity to use the Camp Scholler Chapters Pavilion for their very own chapter pancake breakfast fundraiser. The pavilion is located in the Camp Scholler Campground, directly south of the Fly Market on the west side of Paul's Woods.

Chapters will have the opportunity to host a pancake style breakfast where EAA will provide all the supplies and makings to manage a fundraising event. A fully stocked pantry of food will be ready each morning for hosting chapters to cook, serve, and manage the entire pancake breakfast, similar to your own chapter's pancake breakfast at your home airport. The chapters pavilion has the necessary infrastructure such as three-bay sinks, hot running water, cleaning supplies, and the needed cookware for your use.

Simply sign up to apply for an opportunity to reserve a morning during the week of AirVenture. All proceeds from the event will go back to the hosting chapter.

EAA will handle requests as a lottery system, where all chapters have an equal chance of being selected. Please note, chapters must have a minimum of ten volunteers at the pavilion from 6 a.m. – 12 p.m. on the morning of their breakfast.
