The annual Lifetime Dinner will be held Tuesday, July 23, 2019, in the Eagle Hangar and Founders' Wing at the EAA AirVenture Museum. Charles "Chuck" Aaron will be the keynote speaker.
Charles "Chuck" Aaron is one of four pilots licensed by the FAA to perform aerobatics in a helicopter in the United States, and one of only three such pilots in the world; he flies a BO-105. Chuck was the first one to have an FAA certified aerobatic approved helicopter. Aaron also opened the world's first FAA approved Helicopter Aerobatic School in Concord, North Carolina, where he currently resides with his wife, Wendi. He is a member of the Society of Experimental Test Pilots (SETP) with ATP, CFI, and A & P active licenses. His hobbies and interests include flying, water skiing, scuba diving, sand railing, snow skiing, jogging, roller blading, archaeological research and speaking, both locally and internationally.
