Here is your once-in-a-lifetime chance to fly in an authentic World War II B-17 bomber, EAA’s beautifully restored B-17G Flying Fortress Aluminum Overcast.
Each flight experience is approximately one hour, of which about 24 minutes will be in the air. Once the B-17 is airborne, you will be allowed to walk about the bomber.

Squeeze through the narrow catwalk of the bomb bay featuring an 8,000-pound bomb load.
Observe pilots in action as they command this 65,000-pound bomber.
Look out the top hatch in the radio compartment for a view you’ll never forget.
Sit as the bombardier and enjoy the panoramic views.
View the tail gunner position at the back of the aircraft (not accessible in-flight.)
Stand as a waist gunner at the side of the aircraft.
