A Taste of Triple Tree

September 16, 2016 - EAA Director of Publications Jim Busha and Senior Editor Hal Bryan visited the Triple Tree Aerodrome during its annual fly-in, September 7-11, gathering material for a feature story in Sport Aviation magazine. Jim and Hal were later joined by EAA Chairman and CEO Jack J. Pelton, along with Vice President of Communities and Member Programs Rick Larsen and Vice President of Advocacy and Safety Sean Elliot, all of whom agreed that Triple Tree, with its 7,000-plus foot grass runway, is a truly remarkable place. While the story isn’t slated to run for a few months, we thought we’d share just a few of the thousands of photos taken during EAA’s visit.
