Thank You and Happy Holidays From the Chapter Office!

December 17, 2021 – The end of the year is a great time to look back and reflect, to celebrate accomplishments, thank those who have had a part in your chapter’s success, remember and honor members who have gone west, and look forward to a new year.

Whether it was watching a member complete their aircraft project and fly it for the first time, holding a successful fly-in, seeing the excitement in a young person’s eyes as they experience flight for the first time through a Young Eagles flight, or showing an adult that learning to fly is not out of reach through a Flying Start event, your chapter has done much to grow participation in aviation and that is worth being proud of.

How will you continue to grow as a chapter in the new year? Will this be the year you build or purchase your chapter home? Achieve gold status in our Chapter Recognition program? Host your first Young Eagles Workshop? Attend a Chapter Leadership Training event? Reach a membership milestone? Whatever your goal, we in the chapter office are eager to help you accomplish it.

We have been hard at work throughout the past year to continually improve our chapter program and resource offerings in an effort to make it easier for your chapter to continue to grow. As much as we put into chapters however, we know that you work just as hard and for that we are grateful. Chapters are what make our organization unique and are comprised of our most dedicated members. Thank you for being one of them and for your diligent efforts to guide and improve your chapter. It is truly a pleasure to serve you!
