Diesel Exhaust Fluid Can Cause Harm to Aircraft

Last year, multiple jet aircraft were serviced with fuel containing diesel exhaust fluid instead of fuel system icing inhibitor, which can cause crystalline deposits that are capable of shutting down engines.
