Bernard L. Weinstein is Associate Director of the Maguire Energy Institute and an Adjunct Professor of Business Economics at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. From 1989 to 2009 he was Director of the Center for Economic Development and Research at the University of North Texas, where he is now an Emeritus Professor of Applied Economics.
Dr. Weinstein holds an A.B. in public administration from Dartmouth College and an M.A. and Ph.D. in economics from Columbia University.
