Derrick Bolhofner

Derrick Bolhofner is an Air Force veteran who used his GI Bill to learn how to fly helicopters at Hillsboro Aviation in April 2012.  In August 2013 he was hired as a R/W CFI and is now the Assistant Chief of the helicopter department at Hillsboro.  With a handful of Cessna 152 hours under his belt he dreams of becoming a dual rated pilot and owning his own aircraft.
