Hieu Nguyen

Hieu Nguyen joined Shell in 2014 supporting the Shell, Pennzoil, and Quaker State lubricants help desk, where customers were able to call and email their product application questions. During his time in the role, Hieu was able to go out in the field to visit industrial customers and help them with their maintenance and equipment reliability programs. With a competent background in lubricants product knowledge and applications, he is able to translate that skillset into the aviation business, where he is now supporting our sales team and distributor network for Shell Aviation/AeroShell lubricants as the Regional Technical Advisor, Americas. Shell Lubricants was Hieu’s first role after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University. In his personal time, Hieu enjoys spending time with family, hiking, and traveling.
