Jeff Holden is currently Uber's Chief Product Officer (since early 2014), where he focuses on Advanced Programs. Jeff founded the Advanced Technology Group that developed Uber’s self-driving technology, spearheaded the Uber Elevate urban aviation initiative and is currently building Uber’s AI Lab. Prior to Uber, he was the Senior Vice President of Product Management at Groupon (2011-2014), and before Groupon, Jeff was the co-founder and CEO of Pelago (2006-2011), whose flagship product, Whrrl, was designed to help people escape their social rut and discover new things in their cities. Previous to this, Jeff was an SVP at Amazon.com (1997-2006), where he led the development of Amazon’s supply chain technology, Amazon Prime and numerous other products and technologies.
