Jeff Steinkamp (EAA #1247689) (EAA Chapter #488, Quincy, IL) has been flying Ultralight Aircraft since 1984 when he made his first flight in a Steve Snyder "Paraplane". He is a member of the United States Powered Paragliding Association (USPPA #1181) and he currently flies a homebuilt trike, powered paraglider in his hometown of Quincy, IL where Jeff is a self-employed Professional Engineer and has served as the City Engineer and Airport Director of the Quincy Regional Airport (UIN).
