Jim Ruttler Sr. is a retired F-15E and F-4 Air Force pilot with over 11,000 hours in flight time with type ratings in B-737, CE-680, CE-750 & G-200.  He has an electrical engineering degree from the Air Force Academy and is a co-founder of Aithre, where he designs technology for hypoxia detection and prevention.  Jessica Stephens is a retired trauma nurse for the US Army and is a co-owner and health advisor for Aithre, where she assists in educating on the risks of hypoxia in GA.  Jim Ruttler is a private pilot, RV builder, patent attorney, and co-founder of Aithre.
