Manny Antimisiaris is a Research Pilot with NASA Armstrong. Manny flies the modified 747 Stratospheric Observatory for Infrared Astronomy (SOFIA). Retired Air Force Pilot with B-52 and E-3 AWACS experience. Former airline pilot. Approximately 10,000 hours of flight time. Tim Sandon is a Professional Flight Engineer and Ground Instructor with NASA Armstrong and flies on SOFIA and our DC-8 aircraft. Tim is a retired Senior Master Sergeant and former United Instructor.
