Neil Hansen spent more than a decade in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam war era as a captain for Air America, accumulating more than 29,000 hours flight time, 9,000 hours in a combat zone. He flew the last plane out of Cambodia hours before the Khmer Rouge closed the airport. Luann Grosscup worked in the aviation industry for a decade. Her second career, the publishing arena, saw her historical aviation saw her articles published in the Chicago Tribune and military magazines.
