Nick Borer is the Advanced Concepts Group Lead with the Aeronautics Systems Analysis Branch at NASA’s Langley Research Center. He is the Performance and Sizing Team Lead for NASA’s X-57 project, and helps develop consensus standards for the next generation of light aircraft. He has a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Tech, and a B.S. from Syracuse University. He has been an EAA member since 2003, and is an active pilot with land, seaplane, and flight instructor ratings.
