Paul Newton is a Research Pilot at NASA's Armstrong(formerly Dryden)Flight Research Center in Edwards, California. He currently flies several science and research aircraft including the Boeing 747 SOFIA Observatory, Beech T34C for chase and proficiency, and the Gulfstream III/C20 research platform. He was formerly a Production Test Pilot with Boeing Commercial Airplanes and several other aircraft manufacturers.
