Captain Paul Ryder is the Resources Coordinator at the Air Line Pilots Association, Int'l facilitating the efficient use of resources for all of ALPA's member groups and their leaders. He also chairs the Association's Fee-for-Departure Committee working with all FFD carriers to find innovative solutions to important issues, especially career progression. An EMB-145 captain and former Marine Corps reservist, Ryder is an APLA expert on the pilot supply issue, speaking on the subject internationally.
