Phil Dixon

Phil Dixon, FAASTeam Program Manager for St. Louis, was previously an Aviation Safety Inspector and Designated Pilot Examiner. He has flown cargo in Boeing 727 aircraft as well as on demand passengers under part 135. He instructed at Delta State University where his student checkride pass rate was around 97%. He has investigated accidents and written enforcements, but is now in a pilot education role with the FAASTeam.
