Phil Perry is a lifetime member of the EAA and is currently serving as the President of EAA Chapter 59 near Waco Texas. Over the past 10 years, he has served as President, Vice President, and Board Member of multiple EAA chapter within Texas. He has a 20 year background in technology sales and business development. His business background serves as a solid foundation in operating and developing Chapter 59. Phil is an instrument rated private pilot and is currently completing his commercial rating. He has built and flown his own Van’s RV-10 and this year is the first year his RV-10 has made the trip to Oshkosh.
