Ray retired after 30 years in the Marine Corps and has an extensive operational and command and control background in the Pacific. A helicopter pilot by trade, Ray has commanded at the LtCol and Col levels and has a vast and acute operational background, not only with US Marine Corps’ Marine Air – Ground Task Force planning process, but with The White House Military Office, United States Secret Service, and local and state law enforcement, and other government and private sector organizations. Ray serves as President and CEO, Historic Pacific Parks. He also serves as a director on five local Boards of Directors: Hawaii 3R’s; Pioneering Healthy Communities; Education
