Stan Fetter is the airport manager at Hyde Field (W32), one of three GA airports in the Washington Flight Restricted Zone (FRZ). He has been flying since 1981 and holds ASMEL ratings with commercial and instrument privileges. He is a recognized expert in Washington DC airspace and FRZ procedures, and has been training pilots for the FRZ and issuing FRZ authorizations since 2002. He has owned planes ranging from Cessna 150 trainers to a Cessna 310. He currently owns a Bonanza.
