Steven Boggess

RAM Aircraft, LP
Steven has been working around engines most of his life. He began at age 10 working as a mechanics helper at his family's auto repair business. He entered the US Army at age 17 as a Blackhawk Crew Chief. After serving in the Army, Steven earned his A&P license from Texas State Technical College. Steven started at RAM Aircraft in 1991 as an Engine Assembly Technician. In 1994, he was promoted to Engine Disassembly Supervisor. He has earned additional areas of responsibility over the years - Steven now directly supervises 7 shops at RAM as our Engine Production Manager and has direct responsibility for just under half of the total personnel at RAM. Steven has played an integral part in RAM's PMA engine parts and STC upgrade projects - he performed and supervised the Test Cell runs for numerous projects including the RAM Series VII STC. He has built and torn down thousands of aircraft engines in his 32 years at RAM.
